I'm exhausted

I apologize for the lack of recent posts. I've been too tired to blog.
It's hard work having to play with Amos and keep him entertained. You probably can't tell from the looks of him, but Amos is like the Energizer bunny...he keeps going...and going...and going...

Intruder!

Look who helped himself to my chair. During my naptime, no less. That's right. Mr. Beaglesworth himself, Amos. I liked it a lot better when he was too small to summit my chair. But I guess puppies have to grow up at some point.

Do I look bulldoggy to you?

I'm feeling much broader these days. I think I'm maturing as a bulldog. As for Amos, well, he's still a cute little guy. And growing like a weed. He visited Emily at work on Thursday (he needed a shot and Beth needed to be told to clean his ears more regularly...I guess she was cleaning them irregularly before) and weighed in at a hefty 11 pounds and 3 ounces.

New outside game

Michael introduced me to a new outside game a couple of days ago. I don't know what it's called, but it involves Michael spraying water from the garden hose and me chasing it around. It's a great game.Amos didn't take to the game. He spent most of his time outside hiding in the grass, trying to keep dry.

Bath time for Amos

Amos and I got to take baths last week. It was Amos' first bath time experience at the casa. I don't think he liked it.
It wasn't his first bath ever, mind you. Mandy and Chad were nice to bathe him before handing him off to Michael and Beth a few weeks ago. I can't believe he's been part of the family for almost a month!

Tip of the iceberg

Much to my delight, Michael cleaned out the ice maker this weekend. Amos and I enjoyed making the amalgamation of ice cubes disappear.Amos is such a lightweight. It didn't take long and his little nose and little paws were frosty. So he went inside to warm up and I continued the iceberg demolition.
