Ready to visit the farm
Amos and I got to visit the farm a few years ago, home base for Beth's family. It wasn't a planned visit, per se. Something about a boarding reservation that didn't materialize and before you know it...road trip! I didn't get to see much of the farm since I was mostly confined to a crate in the laundry room. Something about needing to "calm down!" and "stop panting!"

According to Stanford Medical, It's indeed the SINGLE reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh an average of 42 pounds less than us.
(And actually, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING to about "how" they are eating.)
P.S, What I said is "HOW", not "WHAT"...
