Harper's outfits make me hungry, what with their food themes. What's next? A kibble-themed onesie? Mmm...kibble...delicious.

Ready to visit the farm
Amos and I got to visit the farm a few years ago, home base for Beth's family. It wasn't a planned visit, per se. Something about a boarding reservation that didn't materialize and before you know it...road trip! I didn't get to see much of the farm since I was mostly confined to a crate in the laundry room. Something about needing to "calm down!" and "stop panting!"
Harper's first visit to the farm is a more planned endeavor. She has even taken the initiative to learn about agriculture. Important lessons like "what is a duck?" or "what does a lamb feel like?"

Is she growing? I can't tell...
Also, why didn't Michael and Beth take month-by-month pictures of Amos and me? Do they not make month-by-month stickers for canine sorts? Is it because the dog years conversion is too difficult? It's not that hard. Just multiply by 7. Or divide by 7. Ok, maybe the conversion is difficult.

Bath time for Harper!
Amos and I hate taking baths. Hate them with a passion. Harper doesn't seem to mind them. In fact, she seems to enjoy them! Just look how happy she is, all clean and shiny. And with a bib that makes her look...Elizabethan.

Harper the napper
Harper likes napping with Michael. I can relate...there was a time Amos and I also enjoyed napping with peoples. That was a long time ago. Back when we were allowed in the pretty part(s) of the house. Not that we're complaining. The basement is cool and lovely. Especially during the hot Indiana summer.

Harper is 1 month old!
Michael and Beth took Harper to the vet, I mean the pediatrician, yesterday for her 1 month check-up. She's growing right on track (9 lbs 6 oz, 20 in) and even got a shot. Amos and I are jealous that Harper got a Bugs Bunny Band-aid when she got her vaccination. Aunt Emily, we're looking at you. Can we get Band-aids for our next vaccinations? The rabies, distemper, etc.? Band-aids make everything better.
